Segments

Segments are filtered groups of contacts based on customer data, behaviour, or tags. Instead of emailing your entire database, you target only the people most likely to engage.

  • Build segments using filters: location, purchase history, tags, signup date, and more.
  • Combine multiple conditions with AND/OR logic for precise targeting.
  • Segments update dynamically -- new contacts matching the criteria are added automatically.
  • Use segments in campaigns, sequences, and A/B tests.

Email Builder

The email builder is a visual drag-and-drop editor for creating responsive email templates. No coding is required. Templates you create here can be reused across campaigns and sequences.

The email builder lets you drag content blocks onto a visual canvas and customise every element

Campaigns

Campaigns are one-time or scheduled email sends to a targeted segment. Each campaign tracks delivery, opens, clicks, and bounces so you can measure effectiveness and iterate on your messaging.

The campaigns list shows delivery status, recipient count, open rate, and click rate for each send

Signatures

Email signatures ensure consistent branding across all outbound communications. Create signature templates for different team members or departments, and they are automatically appended to campaign emails and sequence messages.

  • Design signatures with your logo, contact details, and social links.
  • Assign a default signature per user or per department.
  • Signatures are included in email previews so you see exactly what the recipient gets.

Sequences

Sequences are automated multi-step email workflows. Define a series of emails with delays between each, and contacts progress through them automatically based on triggers you set. Sequences are ideal for onboarding, nurture campaigns, and re-engagement flows.

Setting up a Sequence

Navigate to Sequences

From the sidebar, click "Marketing" then select "Sequences".

A/B Testing

A/B testing lets you compare two versions of an email to determine which performs better. Split your segment into test groups, send each version, and the system identifies the winner based on your chosen metric.

  • Test subject lines, preview text, sender names, or entire email content.
  • Choose the winning metric: open rate, click rate, or conversion rate.
  • Set the test sample size (e.g. 20% of the segment) and the remaining 80% automatically receive the winning version.
  • View detailed comparison reports after the test completes.

A/B Testing Best Practices

Test only one variable at a time for clear results. Start with subject lines -- they have the biggest impact on open rates. Use a test sample of at least 20% of your segment to ensure statistical significance, and allow at least 4 hours before declaring a winner.

Analytics

The Analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your campaigns and sequences are performing. Track key metrics at both the campaign level and across your entire marketing programme.

  • Monitor delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and bounce rates.
  • View conversion tracking when recipients complete a desired action.
  • Drill into individual campaigns to see per-recipient engagement data.
  • Export reports as CSV for further analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
The analytics dashboard visualises campaign performance with open rate, click rate, and delivery metrics

Credit Wallet

The Credit Wallet manages your email sending credits. Each email sent from a campaign or sequence consumes one credit. You can view your current balance, purchase top-ups, and set low-balance alerts to avoid interruptions.

  • View your current credit balance and usage history.
  • Purchase credit packs directly from the wallet page.
  • Set a low-balance threshold to receive automatic email notifications.
  • Credits do not expire -- unused credits carry over indefinitely.

Credit Wallet

Your credit balance is shared across all campaigns and sequences. When credits run low, scheduled campaigns will pause until you top up. Set a low-balance alert to ensure uninterrupted sending.
